Elite Stats Subscriber Agreement

Effective upon acceptance.

1. Parties

This agreement is between each subscriber and Final Whistle FH, a field hockey analytics service operated by an individual based in Nashville, Tennessee. By creating an account or starting a free trial, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. What Elite Stats Is

Elite Stats is a paid subscription service providing advanced NCAA field hockey statistics parsed from official box scores, including but not limited to penalty corner conversion rates, goals against average, period-by-period breakdowns, team scouting reports, and shareable Brag Cards. Access is granted for the duration of your subscription or free trial period.

3. Permitted Use

Elite Stats data is licensed to subscribers for personal and professional reference only. You may:

• View and use Elite Stats data for your own research, scouting, and analysis
• Share official Brag Cards generated through the Final Whistle Brag Card tool on personal or organizational social media accounts
• Reference specific data points in private communications (e.g. emails, internal reports)

4. Prohibited Use

Subscribers may not, under any circumstances:

• Republish, redistribute, or repackage Elite Stats data — in whole or in part — on any public platform, website, social media account, newsletter, or publication
• Present Elite Stats data as your own work, under your own branding, or without clear attribution to Final Whistle FH
• Use Elite Stats data to create a competing product or service
• Sell, sublicense, or otherwise monetize access to Elite Stats data
• Scrape, copy, or systematically extract data from Final Whistle FH through automated means
• Share account credentials to provide access to non-subscribers

For clarity: creating graphics, posts, or content using Elite Stats data — even with attribution — is prohibited unless you are using the official Final Whistle Brag Card tool.

5. Brag Cards

Brag Cards generated through the Final Whistle Brag Card tool are the sanctioned mechanism for sharing Elite Stats data publicly. Brag Cards carry Final Whistle FH branding and attribution. You may share Brag Cards on social media and other platforms. Altering, cropping, or removing Final Whistle FH branding from Brag Cards is prohibited.

6. Enforcement and Termination

Final Whistle FH reserves the right to suspend or terminate subscriber accounts at its sole discretion if it's determined, in good faith, that a subscriber has violated these terms. Termination may occur with or without prior notice. No refund will be issued upon termination for violation of these terms. Final Whistle FH reserves the right to seek additional remedies available under applicable law.

7. Free Trial

Free trials are limited to one per email address and are subject to all terms of this agreement. Abuse of the trial system — including creating multiple accounts to obtain repeated trial access — is a violation of these terms.

8. Data and Privacy

Final Whistle FH collects email address and payment information (processed securely by Stripe) for the purpose of providing and managing subscriptions. Final Whistle FH does not sell or share subscribers' personal information to third parties. All statistics displayed on Final Whistle FH are derived from publicly available box scores published by university athletics departments.

9. Disclaimer

Elite Stats data is provided for informational purposes. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, Final Whistle FH makes no warranties regarding the completeness or accuracy of any statistics. Coverage rates are displayed on each scouting report.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Elite Stats after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify subscribers of material changes.
